As part of our commitment to the privacy of our customers and users of our website and apps more generally, we want to be clear about the sorts of information we will collect from you.
When you visit our website, or use our apps, including any sites or apps of any partners we work with to provide delivery services, you are asked for information about yourself including your name, contact details, delivery address, order details, loyalty scheme details where applicable, and payment information such as credit or debit card details. When you contact our partner’s riders using the chat function on our website and app, this information is also collected. Your date of birth is also collected to verify your age when you purchase age restricted items.
Your information regarding your use of our website and apps, when posting messages, leaving feedback or sending us an email via our website or apps will be collected. Any calls made to us are recorded and notes taken for training and service improvement purposes. We may request photographs of your order if you make a complaint so we can identify and resolve any issues with your order.
Information from your mobile device or computer, such as details about the operating system, the device, connection type and IP address is collected. If you use a mobile device to access our website or apps, we may also collect details about your carrier, location, data and performance data such as mobile payment methods, interactions with other retail technology e.g. NFC Tags, QR Codes and/or use of mobile vouchers. Unless you have elected to remain anonymous through your device and/or platform settings, we automatically collect and use this information if you access our website, apps or any of our partners’ websites or apps.
Information concerning your health e.g. dietary requirements, food allergies etc. is processed only when you volunteer to provide this information and consent to its use.
Where we need to collect information by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that information, we may not be able to provide our services under the terms of the contract we have or are trying to enter with you.

An example of such a business partner relationship would be a partner who provides delivery services.
We also share your information with our Advertising Partners to help us serve ads on users of our website and our/partners’ apps and measure your interaction with those ads.

We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws when it is transferred to third parties.
